The shades look amazing and the best part was I could install them myself without my husband making a big deal about how hard it was!!!! I did the inside the window mount and found a glue dot to hold up the mount to start works wonders!

The Roman shades are exactly what I needed. Easy to install and work perfectly. The fabric has a sheen to it and texture that's very nice.

Attractive from both inside and outside. The fabric is nice and truly makes the room dark. We are very happy with these shades.

This is a pretty nice-looking shade-- My pictures arent great. I didnt have any issues with installation. Instructions were clear. They do an excellent job blocking out light. My only issue is that they were inexplicably stingy with the hardware. Its good to have extra Screws and screwjackets in case you lose or damage one or later reinstall them at another location. Especially with respect to the plastic pull at the bottom-- My shade is not super wide, but wide enough that it could really use two of those handles. I cant imagine their cost is very high on those and it would be nice if they provided an extra or two.

The minimum of 1” is just to the mount point so they still sit out past that leaving a gap. The light gray is a very blue gray. They are fine for the price, nothing special.
