Slightly disappointed

After owning a few other Blackstone products, I was excited to get my hands on these. That said after using them about a dozen times, I'm fairly disappointed and how they've held up my biggest complaint is that the steel used to support the handle versus the spatula is fairly weak if you're trying to get under some food that's on the grill or lift up something that's hot and you don't wanna touch by hand. It seems very easy to bend the handle and such a manner that doesn't inspire confidence that it will hold up long. It doesn't take much force, and it seems to get worse as time goes on because of the flexing back-and-forth to the metal considering that these are a signature series item you would expect a little higher quality and strength from the product itself.

Solid & Comfortable

I wanted spatulas that didn’t bend and these do not. They are solid, not too heavy, but feel heavy duty. Comfortable grips keep your hands from getting burnt. They’re well balanced and you can do flipping tricks if that’s your thing.

A great item for the grill

I wish I would have bought this item a long time ago. The long "spatula" allows me to easily pick up or turn over any kind of a fish fillet, without breaking the fish. It makes for easier handling of just about any kind of food. Great item!

Quality product. Left the handle on the griddle and even with all the heat, the handle didn’t melt and was still cool to the touch. Product help prevent melting or worse burning my hands. Love it

These spatula’s are great! Good price as well. Nice and solid with quality handles. As to the weight, I don’t mind working out my biceps while I cook up a great meal! Get them and ignore the negative reviews!
