[Rewarded Review] The car is a lemon

The car is a lemon. We purchased this for my 3 year olds birthday. After assembly and 12 hours of charging the battery, the car would not turn on. Turns out the battery try was broken.

No support for products

They don't sell replacement parts. No replacement for remotes. Now the car is useless. Wouldnt recommend

Poor Quality & Awful Customer Service

Our car's battery stopped holding a charge within 2 months of using this car, despite following the guidelines for properly charging. Given that we bought the car for our son for xmas, and snow on the ground did not allow us to use it until April, it was out of the 60 day warrantee period. Due to this fact it was beyond the 60 days, customer service told us they could not do anything. The would not send a replacement battery, nor let us buy one. This is an expensive toy that does not hold up, and a company that does not back their products and care about their customers satisfaction. We now have a $400 toy that cannot be used. Save your money.

The car was purchased for toddler ring bearers for a wedding. They were the cutest. The remote allowed me to make sure they stayed on course. Since then, my toddler wants to ride it all the time. It was easy to put together. The radio and bluetooth are cool features as well as working headlights and gear to go forward, backward, and park. I use the hood to store the remote. It had a handle under the back that allows you to pull it. Great ride for the kiddo!

Buyer beware!

Car stopped charging less than 1 year after purchasing. Followed all the instructions to the letter. Never overcharged, stored indoors, etc. I purchased the additional insurance just in case. It has been a nightmare. I’ve spent days on the phone with countless people, sending me in circles. After 2 weeks of torture, AllState tells me I need to hire a repair man, pay out of my pocket and they’ll reimburse me for the expense. My daughter is very sad and I’m disgusted that no one, Walmart, best choice, or Allstate stepped up to resolve this and get my daughter a working toy car. Terrible experience.

[Rewarded Review] Red 2 seater remote ride on car

The car took 2 hours to assemble. Not hard at all. The kids loved it. After 2 days of playing with it for about 3 hours, the car wouldn’t go forward without the use of the remote. It would go backwards. Everyone stopped playing with this car and the other 2 smaller one sitter cars that I bought and assembled. It was a disappointing holiday as a result.

My grand-babies love this car. I like the fact that it is remote controlled by me until they are old enough to ride since they are 13 months and 15 months. You can Bluetooth to the radio, however, I wish the radio would play louder. Doesn’t work the best on grass because it shows way down.

I brought this for my son for Christmas and the seat and windshield is missing. Needless to say, he was not able to ride his car today and cried for hours

White Range Rover 12V 2-seater Ride-On Car

This was a great product.....until it wasn't. We gave this expensive battery vehicle to our two grandchildren who opened it in January of 2023....belated Christmas. It was enjoyed by both kids for several months....seatbelts, parent overdrive option, bluetooth music. They loved it. Until one day it would only hold a charge once they were 50 ft from their driveway. When you can only drive it for 3-5 min and then the battery is dead, it is no longer fun. And at this price, I would have expected it to last longer 7-8 months. It was always stored and charged per the instructions. Unfortunately the battery cannot be removed and replaced, so the entire vehicle is kaput now (except for a very short joy ride). Do Not Waste Your Money on This Vehicle!!

Worked for less than 6 months. Used maybe 5 times. Garage kept. It turns on but does not go. So many electronic problems it could be, no way to fix it.

Should be zero stars. We received this as a gift that my daughters LOVED. They are the perfect ages for it and it didn't even last two months. So disappointing. We have tried calling 100 times for help and support and no one can fix it...even point us in the right direction. Beyond frustrating, no words. STAY AWAY. There are so many additional options of places to shop for these.
