Absolutely love this feeder!

We have a cat rescue, so we routinely feed a plethora of cats, on a daily basis. This is the best feeder we have come across, and we've had it for several years, so I can say it holds up well. We bought the biggest one they had, which apparently, is no longer available, and I sure wish we could get our hands on a couple more of this size. Anyway, after reading some other people's reviews, I wanted to speak to their major issue with this feeder. No, the food does not always fall down into the dish, but our cats will use their paws to "pull out" more food into the dish part. I have even shown a couple of the youngsters how to do this, and I can assure you, not one of these guys has ever gone hungry due to "inaccessibility" of their food in this dispenser. We really appreciate the large capacity of this feeder (I believe it's the 72-cup size, which, as I've already said, doesn't seem to be available any longer). We will see if we can find a couple more of these large size via outsourcing (i.e., eBay, etc.) for a couple other locations where we are feeding. Thanks for a great product!

Terrible water dispenser, it doesnt fill

This water dispenser is the worst. When you put the bottle in, it literally hits the bowl and no water comes out. I have tried it with out the filter to see if that helps and it doesnt. Terrible design, super disappointed, and 3 thirsty pets.

Terrible Waterer!

I bought this water bowl about 2 months ago. It has never emptied the water into the basin properly. I don't know what to do with this thing. It's very nice looking, but faulty. I must add water to the basin often because the water stops running down. This defeats the purpose of the waterer in the first place. Not recommended.

Easier to shake than fill, so we kept it.

We purchased the Repledish 2lb food bowl and quickly discovered that the food does not automatically fill the bowl. We use the Hill's Science Diet Adult Oral Care, so the nuggets are quiet large. But also, even when I bought it I thought, it can't really pour out filling the bowl all the time, because what would stop it then, or the bowl would be too full. Anyway, every morning I just give it a shake, and I only have to fill it once in a while, so we decided to keep it. Easier than filling the bowl everyday. I don't recommend it as the only food source when you're away, though.

Design flaws

Two things are badly designed with this product, the gravity feeder. First, instructions say to rinse before use. Water gets trapped in the base, shaking it upside down doesn't get all the water out, takes forever to air dry. In addition, another design flaw, bits of the crunchies fall into the gaps around the base and the crumbs get stuck in there. Both of these problems make it not very useful except for limited short term use. Easy to fill.

Gravity fed water bowl = Product sucks

This product is the biggest piece of garbage 've ever purchased. Company wants top dollar for a hack product. Followed the instructions, unwrapped charcoal filter, filled the bottle up halfway, to test it. 5 minutes later I have all the water spilled out of the bottle all over my floor.

food does not drop down into bowl.

I filled the feeder with Purina One dog food. we went out of town for 5 days ony to come back to see the bowl empty and the hopper full of food. Three dogs were dependent on this feeder. I do not recomend to feed anything with this feeder without supervision and at intervals of pushing food down the shute into the bowl every day. Maybe the engineers who created this product could explain how this is supposed to work and demonstrate its operation without help from a human. I suspected this might happen and placed other bowls of food around just in case. You can buy cheaper units that do the same thing.
