In my opinion a great deal.

I bought it on the Black Friday sale then Home Depot sent me another 10% off coupon, between both about 40%+ off, it's a nice rug for a living room apartment to keep my feet warm in the colder months without breaking the bank so to speak and will also protect hardwood floors. I looked online and this was substantially less $$$, certainly can't beat free delivery either!

Horrible rug

Horrible rug. Thin threads with huge gaps between each loop so you can see the white background of the mat and feel each bump under your feet. Total garbage. Don't waste your money on this.

SHOULD NOT HAVE TO HASSLE RETURNING TRASH

What a disappointment. The rug is damaged. The shag is only on the center. And i have to hassle printing a label, rewrapping the rug and drive 30 minutes to a ups. I actually am waiting for 2 more in a different color and hesitate to open to find them damaged too. Just when i loved ordering from target the most. Now i will never order on line from target again. I will delete my account. I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO RETURN THIS WHICH IS TRASH. YOU CANNOT RESALE IT THIS WAY.

Not happy at all!

I just received the NuLoom Kara 3 X 5 Rug in Beige. There is no beige to it, in my opinion. The weave/shag is so thin that I can see the matting on the underside. The shag does not even extend to the edge of the rug in some places. It is more like a dirty light grey shade, that reminds me of worn out shag carpet from the 1970's. The photo on the KOHLS website does not depict the true color of the rug. I actually checked the packing slip to make sure they hadn't sent me grey by mistake. I am disappointed even though it was on sale. I think it will go to the garage to check muddy feet at the back door.

[Rewarded Review] Plastic rug

The rug is an embarrassment to have in a guest bedroom. It feels like spun synthetics under my feet. Gross. It's going into the garage to catch oil. It should feel at home there.

Extremely thin

I purchased because reviews were so favorable. This is my 3rd rug purchase of a shag cream rug over the years for a similar price and this one was so very disappointing! I do not see this lasting as long as others. The edges look cheap and walking on it is like being on bare floor. I would not buy again. Buying a memory foam pad to try to add some comfort. Luckily I had the foresight to buy the warranty to replace as I don't see this rug lasting long despite the careful care we have with our rugs. ( no shoes, frequent vacuuming etc).

Not good, not bad.

This rug is everything you would think it is. The rug has a little shag to it. The color is great. The rug is thin and is not really fluffy but I really didn't expect it to be for the price. I use the rug under my bed to rub my feet on before it get into bed since I have laminate floors and debris tends to be on the bottom of my feet after walking the house.

Very satisfied

I purchased this rug to take the place of another rug. This rug is beautiful and very soft. I was unsure of the tassels on it at first, but I really like them now. It breaks up navy in the rug and the dark hardwood floors. The cost of the rig was very reasonable compared to other rugs I’ve looked at. I’m very satisfied with my purchase.

Wouldn’t recommend.

Lovely and soft but it stretched and got misshaped within 3-4 months. It’s in our guest bedroom and we had a guest for only 4 days -so little to no traffic on the rug. Very disappointed and now there is a “bubble” that won’t lay down and is a huge tripping hazard. We have many other area rugs in our house and this is the first issue like this.

Smelly

I like this style, but the chemical smell was so strong and wouldn’t go away. I returned it after my family kept getting headaches from the fumes.

Nope

Usually the top of the rug is what shows in the package and there was no picture. I bought it based on what the rug looked like in the package thinking that what was showing was the top. It wasn't. Y'all the bottom of the rug looked much better than the actual top of the rug

Shocked!

I was quite surprised to find this was nothing like the picture! There is no pile to this rug. The yarn was so long I think the vacuum would eat it. Honestly, I didn’t even take it out of the wrapping. I knew I was going to be disappointed when I saw the diameter of the rolled up rug. I just opened enough to pull the corner out and that was enough. Took it right back.

Cheaply made and delivered folded

This rug appears poorly made. It came folded up which prevented us from simply unrolling it. Even once we unfolded it, it was rumpled and wouldn't lay flat. I do not recommend it. The only reason I did not return it was because of the difficulty in getting it unfolded and on the floor in the first place. It does not look at all like the picture.

Nice rug, but hard to clean

It’s a pretty nice looking rug and I liked it. Soft, and lays nicely. The problem was, it was impossible for me to vacuum. My Dyson just picks it up and won’t glide over it at all. It soon became dirty/dusty. I could only drag it outside to shake it out. There is no way it will fit in my washing machine; so I will have to either find a laundromat, or throw it out. The laundromat doesn’t allow rugs to be washed, there’s signs up. They can cause damage to machines. This rug would be ok for a very clean room with very little foot traffic and no pets in the home. Or someone with a more adjustable vacuum, or XL washing machine.

Looks nice but Thin

I think it looks like a beautiful rug it’s only problem is that it’s really thin and if you swipe your hand through it you can see thin bald spots on it. If it wasn’t so thin I would keep it my honest review. I’m returning it and saving a couple more Benjamin’s to get a nice thick full shaggy rug for my living room.

These rugs are lovely! Absolutely beautiful color and so so soft. I got these to update the space before my new baby girl comes. I think they are absolutely perfect for that purpose. I was set on getting something that was machine washable- although the big one will have to go to laundromat- that’s totally fine! Super easy to keep clean and they look and feel like really nice quality. I got the pink option and it isn’t to pink at all. It’s a nice subtle shade which will blend nicely with my daughters natural wood crib.

Beautiful Rug

Our new rug arrived quickly. Somehow, the pad we ordered, the pad that shipped at the same time as the rug, somehow that pad got separated from the rug during shipping. Our rug arrived as scheduled but the pad is taking another week to arrive. Sadly, we have not yet put our new rug out as we’ll just have to pick it back up to lay the pad. If it were smaller and furniture didn’t have to be moved, definitely would have. But this rug is just big enough that would be a nuisance, to say the least. So, while I think the rug is beautiful, I cannot yet fully proclaim it to be super soft and shed free, which is my hope. What I can say is that while the prices are phenomenal and the rug is just what I wanted, the shipping was a huge let down. I don’t think that is on rugsusa, but rather on fedex, but I would think rugsusa might want to make sure products designed to be laid together maybe stayed together during shipping.

Beautiful rug, but the large size wasn’t practical

It looked and felt great, but a challenge to keep clean as a larger area rug. I feel this rug is perfect for a smaller size that you can take outside and shake clean. I used it to cover the hardwood floors in a bedroom (9x12 size). With furniture sitting on top it just wasn’t going to be easy to keep clean. It also shed. Very disappointing as the color is really pretty. And super soft. Just not practical to use as a larger rug. I did return it for a refund and had to pay the return shipping cost.
