3rd party .. long story to return

the seat itself seems ok. it didn’t fit properly in my mom's tub with enough space for her to actually use it. when trying to return it 3rd party not walmart requires shipping to 3rd party ($) and the also take 20% handling fee....... so unhappy customer here

I returned a bath chair. never opened the box. It was never used. 30 dzy return policy. which I couldn't do because first I was in the hospital for a week and to the rehabilitation center for 3 weeks Missed the 30 day policy. Said I could return it, but pay a 20% stocking fee and shipping on my dime. I did all this and have yet to see credit for about half the price of this $224.00 item plus tax. will not buy from this company again.

Waste of money for me.

First thing is to make sure the grove in the sliding clamp is lined up with release button. Then I found when in the tub the seat would not slide. I had a bad time trying to get out. Had to call my wife in for help. I went back to my old chair.

Great product for showers for mobility impaired

Overall design very nice. Slides smoothly and locks into positions securely. Comfortable chair. If using in a step-in shower like we are for my mother, it would be better if it were several inches longer travel sliding to the front. Also she has trouble pushing in the center release button in front of the seat to unlock the sliding function; this requires too much hand strength for individual with arthritis in hands

I can finally feel safe getting over the bathtub. It is wonderful.

I need to return this because it didnt work for me - because my legs are stiff and knees dont bend much I had to set up the chair with enough distance to bring my leg over the edge of the tub. This made me sit too far from the faucet to turn on or adjust the faucet. The company demands a restocking fee of 20% - between that and shipping fee of $75 Im out $125. To charge a restocking of 20% on an expensive item is robbery.

This is wonderful for my mother. It makes it so much easier for me to get her in the shower and she feels safer. That is very important for both of us.

This is great my gram is 100 years old and could not get her in the shower any more can barely walk but 3 steps to the chair she can sit and can be moved easily into the tub she loved it and its a lot easier on my back

This fit well in the space available. Construction is sturdy. It swivels and slides as advertised. The flexible adjustments let me get it adapted to the tub/floor. I recommend this product especially if you have a small bathroom.

Super easy to use. Very sturdy. This works great for getting my elderly mom with dementia into the shower and gives her the support she needs on her back at all times. Cleans up well and the lap belt is super helpful,

I love the fact that the seat is not rough but very smooth. It says the safety belt must be used but that is not necessary. I stay on it just fine. I love the sliding feature only I wish the seat would slide out just a little further. It stops too soon leaving a gap between the chair and my scooter. It would also be nice if

Excellent product, just what we needed . Only negative comment is in regards to packaging .It arrived with a puncture in the box which in turn caused a small puncture in the padding on the back rest. Also when placed in the box with just the bags over individual pieces it allows the metal sections to scratch the brushed metal sections. Not something you want to see when you paid over 200 dollars for the item.

Best bench for people who can not get in tub alone

This bench takes a little getting use to using if you have just used a regular transfer bench. But I love it as I can get in and out of the tub by myself. I does take a while to put it together the only thing they could change is to make the slider button longer short armed people like me can not bend over that far. I love my bench
