Not as described

Ordered the Cartridge with Screws a few weeks ago , When it arrived it did not have any screws . package was not damaged . I called customer service who ordered me another Cartridge Kit with screws , the screws are not available separately . The replacement kit arrived and it doesn't have any screws either. Since one of my existing screws is damaged , I guess I'll have to buy a new faucet .

Not only has the faucet been the the absolute nicest device to use. it is also backed by a lifetime warranty. My experience with their customer service was the the best I have had in recent memory.
