Beautiful Desk

The blue and gold desk/make up table with the blue and gold Houzz chair is perfect for the bedroom. My clients are very happy with the look and functionality.

Gold is more yellow

The gold color is much more of a metallic deep yellow, almost a mustard color. Assembly was very quick, however, the support bar that goes between the two X-legs needed to be tightened with a wrench to get it to stop wobbling, so make sure you have one handy

Cheaply Made - Not Worth It

Don’t waste your money or time in waiting for this to ship. It arrived today after quite a wait only to have a broken drawer, lots of splintered wood, and a lousy paint job. This desk is very cheaply made and it shows. Returned it to the store no problem, but it was a big hassle, and I’m now back to square one looking for a new desk.

Nice and chic

The desk looks really nice and chic. Just what I was looking for. The negatives are the fact the golf finish was chipping and literally falling off during assembly but I it’s not very noticeable and then the knobs are cheap plastic so I will be changing them soon.

Packing was superior!!!

The matte gold metal legs and knobs and muted navy blue paint is gorgeous!

Love!! It did come with a big chip in the paint right on the top. Cant hide it. But. Easy to put together. And looks perfect in my office entryway

Needed a desk for a makeup area... more functional than buying a vanity. Love the drawers. Looks beautiful and is holding up well. Been using it for about a month.

Beautiful, As pictured

I love it when the photo colors are true. This was easy to put together although the manufacturer poorly attached a drawer slide. easy fix for a relative novice, Very pleased.

Tiny, cheap, broken

I guess if you were buying this for a small child, and expecting it to be quickly destroyed, then it could make sense. In that case, it should be closer to $50 (it feels like a $50 desk, not a $200 one). However, we hoped to use it as a regular desk. It's too short to sit at with any standard chair. It's too shallow to put anything on. It's too shaky to trust. And one drawer came with the corner chipped off, since the whole thing is made of cardboard. Now we have to replace it with something serviceable.

Classic Desk

Overall, I love this purchase. The color is exquisite and classic in the navy color. It matches just about any decor. The desk was easy to assemble and came with the tool necessary to tighten the screws. It also arrived early with FREE shipping. The only downside is the size. It is not ideal for small areas. Take a gamble on this desk...you will not regret it!

The little things

Desk is great other than the sticker placement right on top of the desk. Almost impossible to remove. There are permanent marks on the desk now from the sticker. Extremely disappointed about that.

Ok Quality

The desk is exactly as pictured, very easy to assemble (only attaching legs). We were slightly disappointed in the quality. The wood is thin and we noticed slight chipping of the paint around the drawers and edges. The paint appears to easily scratch and have marks left on it. We expected for the price higher quality paint and overall product but it's more of a decorative desk for occasion work.
