Love the vibrancy of the colors

Unfortunately, this rug is nowhere near as appealing in person as it looks on the wayfair we site. In person, it looks extremely cheap, the colors & design are almost cartoonish, and like other reviewers have stated, there are white/greyish dots throughout and a plastic sheen to the rug that just make it look horribly cheap. It looks like a very young child colored it with markers. What’s weird is that it looks ok in photos; you can’t tell how horrid it is in photos. But every time I see it in person, it makes me cringe. I am so annoyed at myself for thinking this would be a good purchase, for getting duped by the photos and thousands of reviews, and not having paid more attention to the 1- and 2-star reviews that all claimed what I am seeing in person. And, to return this thing is such a hassle and I’d only get maybe half or less of my money back. So either way- keep it or return it- I’m losing out on money I could have used for a GOOD rug. I’d actually be embarrassed if anyone else saw this rug (even though it’s meant for my husband’s small office, and not in our living room or somewhere in our house). I still love the design and colors as they appear in the photos online… but sadly, the actual real-life rug doesn’t look anything like those online photos. And now I know that any of the rugs by this brand will be equally as cheap and horrible looking in person. Such a bummer!! (And hassle). And to make matters worse, it does not lay flat and the curling on the sides is intense. Not sure even heavy objects weighing down the sides for days will work to flatten it out. So it’s a tripping hazard, too!!

Bought this for the second time. Colors are vibrant and beautiful and so unique.
