Vacuum cleaner worked excellent lot of suction power I'm using it on carpet so the only thing I wish is it had an adjustment for up and down on different heights carpets but is somebody buys it for wooden floors or tile floors it would work excellent for that other night very happy with it

The wheels on this vacuum will not stay on.

Bad charger

The vacuum itself seemed like it would be a very good vacuum however the charger didn’t work so I couldn’t use it. My husband checked the charger with an electrical meter and said there was no electricity going through it. I ended up taking it back and buying a different one from someplace else.

Falling apart after three uses

I have used this vacuum three times and the wheel fell off.

I really like this vacuum, but it stopped working

I really like this vacuum! It works on my hardwood floors and carpet areas. I purchased in Dec. 2023 and my vacuum just recently stopped working. I'm not sure why but it's not picking up any trash. I reached out to Black and Decker's customer service and I'm waiting to see if someone is able to assist me with trouble shooting since my return period for this item with Home Depot has expired. I did not purchase the 2 year protection.

We have owned a number of these types of vacuums, this is by far the best we’ve had, had great suction, easy to use, durable, long battery life….we are very very pleased with this purchase.

Black and Decker stick vacuum review

So I have had it for such a short time that it is difficult to give it a proper review.Seems to work well enough.Very easy to assemble.Looks good,sounds good,seems to do the job well.The main reason I purchased it is because I have a box full of B&D lithium batteries from previous power tool purchases so a dead battery half way through a job is not a concern.Certainly was cheaper price than many of it’s competitors.Time will tell just how good it is.I have no real concerns at this time.

Dmt work good would get my money back if I could. It dmt pick up much might b defective

The good, it stands up on its on. Picks up hair and sand very well. About an extra battery so I can use it all I want to.

Wasn’t working upon arrival due to a defective battery. The seller tried to downplay it and said it just needs to charge for 6 hours but it’s clear that a fast flashing red light on the charger means that its a bad battery. Tried to get a replacement, they scheduled a pick up for the defective battery and charger which took place after 3 days after. Then 4 days has passed, I was informed that the battery will only be delivered next week. No initiative from the seller. I have to keep messaging them to get any tiny bit of update. Very slow response and terrible support.
