Terrible Pan.

It is non-stick, and in the third use food started to stick and burn.

Love my new griddle...Makes breakfast a breeze..

Not worth it

Pan worked well a few times, however the nonstick surface broke down quickly. Used for bacon and pancakes never over med heat. Not worth the money. Buy the cheaper pans and replace them when they get scratched up. Photos are of pan after six slices of bacon. Bacon and eggs stick like glue

The first morning we had this my wife used it to make breakfast for our family (after washing of course) and per her words “this thing is so cool. I was able to make like a whole pack of bacon and then little wipe and pancakes”. So we recommend.

Nice size griddle for a big crowd. Makes cooking quick and easy for pancakes, eggs, bacon or even burgers. It has draining hole for oil. Cleaning is easy. Heat distribution is even but I wish you can adjust the heating setting. It only has 1 heat once you plug it so you cant really control, you have to unplug if you think its too hot for your liking.

The Blue Diamond XL Griddle is very versatile and easy to clean. It heats up quickly and has the ability of a wide range of temperatures. Pancakes came out great and had no sticking with minimal fat used. A cheeseburger came out pretty well too but not quite hot enough for a great sear. I'd still highly recommend!

This griddle heats up quickly. It's non-sticky so it's pretty easy to clean. I could see it would be really helpful for a big family. However we only have 3 ppl home and it takes up a lot of storage space. Also it doesn't have a lid/cover so the oil does splatter.

I thought that this griddle worked wonderfully. It has great durability even when being banged around in the cooking process. It held its temperature setting and controlled temperatures held. Cleaning was a simple process with its coating.

Ok wow- I did not expect to love this. Wipes clean and stores super easily. Makes a multitude of items and heats up very quickly. Seems like it will hold up well overtime, we have used it several times already since receiving. Love the warming tray!

Just as advertised.

This was pretty cool!!! Easy to clean! Had a little trouble with the temp regulations but that could have been user error! Seems very durable! I love me a flat top that is super versatile!

When the griddle arrived, I made American breakfast (pancakes, eggs, sausages, bacons and all that jazz) and it was actually pretty easy to use! Breakfast cooked perfectly and on time. Washing the griddle was not complicated since the griddle is nonstick. Definitely will be using this for Korean BBQ at home!

Just received this beauty! Preparing breakfast has been much quicker in the mornings. The size is perfect for cooking more than one item at a time. Food cooks evenly, and it's nonstick. It also has a drawer to keep for warm until serving. Perfect addition to any kitchen!

This has been a game changer. Before breakfast would take me an hour - I have 3 teens and 1 preteen who eat a lot, since using this product it has made breakfast cooking so fast. It's so easy to clean up and get warm right away. It's just beyond wonderful.

This is such a great product! I was able to make multiple breakfast foods on it because it was so big! Very easy to control the temperature to clean! 

I think the width of the cooking space is pretty decent (I put it across my stove for scale). I like the cool touch handles to keep from accidentally getting burnt and the storage tray is a really unique feature I haven’t seen before! (Pulled out for picture)
