This is a superb griddle. Eggs slide off. Bacon cooks evenly. Extremely easy to clean. Exactly what I had hoped for. My old one was cheap and it showed.
It works to make my French toast or grilled cheeses. It's a little smaller than my previous one, but still fits 4 slices of bread, just have to turn one sideways.
It stayed put on my glass top stove with no rocking or sliding around.

Much Better Than the Average Griddle Pan!
This pan is more substantial than other griddle pans I've had. The handle is sturdy and nicely curved, making it more secure and comfortable. The griddle is heavier in a good way. It is clearly a step above the average griddle pan. Pancakes are amazing in this pan. Everything cooks evenly at medium heat. Cleaning is a breeze.
