Good pan not right for me
It wasn’t clear to me that this is a heavy cast iron type pan. I have arthritis in my hands and cannot easily carry it. I have given it away.

Perfect Pan!
I damaged my Green Pan griddle so decided to replace it with a Caraway version. I’m so glad I did! It feels sturdier and stronger than my previous pan, and as with all of Caraway’s products, it’s gorgeous! We churn out the pancakes in our house and I have no doubt this pan will serve us well for years to come!
Healthy griddle
Excellent product. Everything cooks perfectly even on lower heat. So glad I don’t have to worry about harmful substances leaching into my food. I now have 2 Caraway pans & am considering another.

Well-made, good weight. Fits a good amount of pancakes, griddle breads, eggs, etc. I made crepes in this pan as well and they turned out good. A dedicated crepe pan from Caraway would be wonderful!
Best way to cook bacon
I love my new Caraway Square Griddle Pan! I cook bacon and eggs on it and it is so non-stick and easy to clean!
