Not non stick at all

I guess I have a different definition of non stick because this certainly is not what I consider non stick. Literally EVERYTHING sticks to it. Even following the use directions exactly.

The coating seems exceptional, color is beautiful, my scrambled eggs just drift across the surface.

Great pans

the best non stick pans! mine are more than a year old, my go to pan. need no oil for it to not stick. it is so slippery you need sometimes two utensils to flip or remove something because it will slide right out of the pan. if you cook something greasy too long or too hot it might accumulate some sticky residue that might harden, but soak the cooled pan in water for a few minutes and it wipes clean with no scrubbing ever needed. Definitely recommend these pans. I now have three sizes and absolutely love them.

Wont last!

Bought this 8 months ago and only use in low heat and non scratch utensils. Today the nonstick is not working anymore.

Horrible product

Tried these pans based on reviews . Unfortunately they are horrible . They lose their non stick way too fast . I take very good care of my cookware . These do not hold up !

Love these pans

Lightweight yet durable. Nothing sticks to these frying pans. Easy to clean. Handles get just a little warm but nowhere near untouchable.

Outstanding quality!

I have these pans and I love them! I read the instructions carefully before using them and they have turned out to be the best pans I ever owned. Having used and tossed out other coated pans in the past, I was devoted to stainless steel pans. I admit I was attracted by the color but I've used these for several months now. They clean up very easily, they cook more evenly, and I am very proud of myself for taking a chance on something just because it's pretty. My grand daughter is a chef and I was telling her about them. She already has them and loves them, too.

Truth in advertising.

They actually work as they are advertised to work! Non-stick, easy clean up, no dangerous pfas! Heat up quickly and are light weight and easy on older hands. Surprisingly inexpensive. Highly rated by consumer bureaus.

great non stick pans

I wanted to replace my scratched up, Teflon pans. These were well rated by consumer reports. BJ's had them at a competitive price. When I made scrambled eggs with them, they slid right out of the pan. Clean up is really easy. Evidently the ceramic coating is felt to be safer than Teflon too

Terrible

I bought these because the non-stick pans we had were starting to loose the coating. My Son was the first to try the pan to make some scrambled eggs. He complained that they really stuck. I tried to make some scrambled eggs over the weekend to test the pan. I used a little cooking spray as I always do. The eggs stuck horribly. The strange thing is when I let the pan sit to cool the stuck egg layer mostly lifted off. What was left had to be scrubbed off. Will never buy again. I gave this one star because I couldn't give zero stars.

I would not buy this product again

I am not sure how much oil is needed to use it so good actually does not stick to it. First couple of uses were fine. After a week of daily usage everything started to stick to it. Became pretty much useless after about a month. Unless you plan to use a lot of oil when you cook on it, stay away.

Pleased with these ligthweight set of pans

Two great sizes and they literally wipe clean with a paper towel!! I do use a non- abrasive sponge to lightly soap wash & rinse the pan to clean. Be sure to follow instructions as they DO require some oil or butter. NOT cooking spray friendly according to directions. We have propane gas cooktop and pan evenly distributes the heat across the pan surface.

These things are great.

I wanted something with heft, an oven proof handle, and a bottom that would NOT scratch a stove top. Skillets without a rough bottom are hard to find. These have a smooth enamel bottom, with grooves that are not sharp yielding less distortion from heat. It has remained completely flat. The lining is also first rate. Despite abuse with knives at times, I've not caused any visible scratches. Best skillet I've ever had.

Great non stick fry pans

These fry pans are easy to use, easy to clean and heat up quickly. A warm soap and water cleanup is all that is needed. The pans are dishwasher safe, but it doesn't seem necessary to put them in a dishwasher. Cooking eggs, making skillet fried chicken uses very little oil. Sprinkling a dried herb seasoning may stick to the base of the pan when cooking chicken parts but it cleans up very easily. These pans are a great gift or perfect for the student returning to college dorm / apartment life. The two different sizes allows easy cooking of scrambled eggs, fried eggs, and grilled cheese sandwiches. The larger pan is great for fried chicken or larger entrees when cooking a larger meal. These pans do not come with covers, but covering with aluminum foil can substitute for cover, if desired.

Great quality product

Great quality, highly recommend these frying pans. We have used over & over & no wear on coating. Heavy duty from handle to pan. Coating thick & I can tell these will continue yo remain no stick. Love the blue metallic & silver handles. Great price, came packaged well & on schedule. They can go in dishwasher. I bought 2 sets. One for house & one for our RV.

Blue Diamond Junk

I would give -5⭐ if possible. I used my new blue diamond pan to cook scrambled eggs and what a mess. The eggs stuck to the pan and even after soaking for 5 days I still have eggs stuck in the bottom of my pan. I'm seriously considering returning it to the store as is with the eggs still stuck to the bottom. Do not waste your money on this cookware, it's not worth $10, total junk. Here's a picture of my dirty pan so you can see how it performed with the scrambled eggs.

Don't Buy If Don't Want to Replace in Short Period

After a few months of regular use, cleaning it with soap water by hand, not heating empty, the non stick surface is no longer no stick. When I bought these pans at a BAM Walmart store locally, I did it to make omelets for upcoming house guest because the ceramic pans I had at the time were also a disappointment and not as "nonstick" after a short time. I have to admit at first there was a "honeymoon" period so much so that I was going to buy my sister a set for new home/Christmas. But I decided on something else, however, I did recommend she purchase them. So gratefully she went with something else, I at least avoided embarrassment of recommending such "amazing" pans that cannot last more than 2 months of normal use.

Scratches off

I bought the two pans and the set with the pots. I used a metal spatula (normal use, not purposely scratching the pan) and after one use there were scratch lines on the pan. I use the 8" for omelets and hasn't used a spatula so it's still okay, with minor scratches but the paint (or the blue diamond) is still mostly on. The 2qt(I think that's the size) sauce pan is still good but sometimes I need to stir so there are marks in it too. Never used the bigger pot. I hate these pans and the blue diamond brand. Don't sell yourself that it can take on metal spatulas when it doesn't. False advertisement! Wasted my money on these two sets. Wish could get a refund!
