We like it

I like the fact that with wear it does not peel and get the coating in the food. It does seem to lose some of effectiveness if left on the stove and gets over heated, but as I say it does peel.

Very sturdy, no problems cooking, it definitely a non stick pan. Bought many in my life and this one is the best I’ve ever owned 👍👍👍

Blue Diamond was recommended to me by some family members. And I see why! The material is great, never scratches, easy to clean, and lightweight. It also heats up quickly so you can get right into cooking.

EGGS STICK

I tried making my favorite Easy Over Eggs. I was never able to flip the egg. i chased it all over the 8" pan and gave up. Threw the egg in rhe garbage as i di not like Sunny Side Up. my scrambled eggs stuck. I tried using Olive Oil for cooking eggs.. it did not wash clean. i will stick to my fry pans with ceramic coating or my Analon fry pans. Also, the handle gets too hot. i bought two and they are both going in the donation box. I was very disappointed. I wash my pans with a mild soap.

Better then that tramontina brand which has terrible chemicals like formaldehyde listed %26 wont let u review them so they get a 4%261/2 star reviews meanwhile mine has literal pieces of the coating chipping off in my FOOD!! God as my witness! Unreal! How can I not sue the crap out of them?

i liked that my eggs don't stick to pan. i still have to use non-stick spray. i tried not to use the spray once and the egg got stuck.

Slides off burner element, not real stable. its very nonstick with a little oil or grease makes cleanup a breeze

These pans are amazing. Nothing lasts forever but these pans go on and on and they are ceramic. Definitely as advertised

It's a good toxin free non-stick skillet. I treat it gently by washing it by hand and using silicone spatulas and expect it should hold up well.

Great little pan. Shipping was late though.
