This is the third time I've been through can openers in the past 4 months the first 2 lasted about a month and were made in China, then I brought from this site made in the USA, I brought it, and I am very satisfied, cost a bit more but worth it.

this is a durable product. reminds me of the quality we came to expect from the ekco brand before they quit making openers. claims to be American made which is hard to verify, but it certainly out performs the Chinese made openers currently on the dollar store market.
