Absolutely love

I have bought several of these beautiful rugs for my home and love the way they lie flat. They have a vintage vibe. I get so many compliments on them. Very durable. I highly recommend.

Nice Carpet

This rug is ideal for what we bought it for. Fits perfect in our kitchen with the intent to keep the floor warmer during the cooler weather. Only thing that is slightly what I did not expect was that the color snd design was more faded than anticipated. However since we have dogs coming in from the outside constantly it works perfectly for us in the respect it does not show up dirt easily and is easy to clean up. All in all we are extremely satisfied for what we needed, but may want to consider a different color or pattern if you are looking for a main area rug for decoration.

I don't know. Maybe I just received a fluke. The rug was very thin, not the thickness described, and dye was misprinted. 2/3 of the rug looked right, color wise, but the last third of the rug was a distinct line running across the rug where it changed from light to dark colored aqua, looking more like the dye was refilled or something. Not what the pictures showed at all. I chose to speak with online chat to remedy my problem. Chloe was very understanding and helpful. With the pandemic causing us to be home bound she ordered a UPS pick up for me. I rewrapped the rug and left it on the porch to be picked up. She said the UPS person will have their own label for it. Rug 1 star, customer service 5!
