Great. Does the job well. Note that the separators are very bendy but cannot be shortened for the old fashioned glasses.

It’s got back. It was advertised as 12” high, which I ordered to accommodate my champagne flutes. It is 9” high and doesn’t even accommodate regular wine glasses.

Exactly what you'd expect from Hagerty; well-constructed, thoughtfully designed for the job it's intended to do and durable. I've shipped (through a commercial carrier) cross-country 48 pieces of glass and crystal stemware with no breakage, etching or chipping. Once at their destination, we use the saver as permanent storage. Over time I have 96 stems stored in the Hagerty stemware saver without a break or scratch. This stemware saver is the best there is for movable storage.

Very high quality
This is a very high quality, sturdy box that is great for stemware, especially taller goblets that don’t fit into less expensive, shorter storage boxes.
The product description makes them appear sturdier than they actually are. I had two flimsy stemware boxes already that have to be stored inside another cardboard box for protection. I thought these would solve that need for an additional box. They don't. My crystal is not any safer than it was before. I am disappointed with this purchase.
