Not as good as they used to be

I bought 4 this time and they are not nearly as soft as the ones I bought the last 2 years. My grey one from last year is still 10 times softer and yet it's almost a year old. I'm so disappointed in these.

You should definitely buy this blanket! I’m a blanket person and have bought quite a few different blankets from Macy’s so you can trust me on this one. One side is faux rabbit fur and is amazingly soft. It’s so soft that I find myself petting it when watching tv. The other side is a faux micro mink and incredibly soft as well! The color is gorgeous and washes up really well. The fabric doesn’t feel cheap, you can just tell it’s a high quality designer blanket. Everything about it is perfect including the 50”x 70” size of it, perfect for taller people. I can’t believe this blanket doesn’t cost more than it does, seriously!

THE BEST - THE SOFTEST

You can trust me -- this is THE BEST THROW EVER! Does NOT shed, IS thick, IS softest ever, Size great, Washes great - I have all colors all over the house. There simply isn't anything comparable. I think others liked it so much they don't want anyone else to buy them out. It does come in a very pretty gift box with ribbons. Every color is rich saturated and if I could I would wear them, 24/7. My two little cats can't concentrate around them. If they wanted food, they change their minds and fall asleep on these. Vince did a terrific job!

looks nice enough for the price but it does not come in a “gift box”. I haven’t washed it yet but based on other reviews I am not optimistic.

Softest high quality

This is so perfect and nice I hoped to keep it away from cats. But they put on tiny paw on it and fell in love. I'm buying two more because I have several rabbit fur type throws, but this one is absolutely the best. It's heavy, not for the kids.

Shedding is Horrible

This blanket sheds like nothing I have ever seen before. I washed and dried and few times, following washing instructions, and I couldn’t get rid of the lint. It was so bad that we had to throw it away.

Misleading reviews

I ordered this throw for my elderly mother who is in assisted living. Upon opening the package, the throw is beautiful. It had to be washed before gifting and when taken out of washer, it was full of lint. Same for dryer. It sheds like nothing I've ever seen before. Washed a 2nd time with same results. The shedding was all over my clothes. There's no way I would give it to anyone. I would return it but threw out packaging. Had to throw it away. Whoever wrote all those glowing reviews were either bots or lying.
