Super comfy office chair. As someone who likes to be comfortable and adjusts my seating ways through out the day this chair fits the bill. I love that is is also wide enough for Indian style seating as well.

I was expecting the bottom cushion to be firm and it wasn’t at all. Already sinking in substantially and I’m a very small person. Chair also doesn’t seem level.

Serta Chair can't be assembled -- bolts don't line up

To assemble the two halves of the chair, you are supposed to press them together until the bolts line up with the holes. However, there is no way they can line up. I'm an engineer with a complete workshop and believe me, this product was incorrectly made.

I waited a long time to buy this exact chair and I love, love love it. It is comfy and just firm enough, I can lean back in it, it was easy to assemble, just an overall great product. Thanks so much for carrying it and having such flexible payment options!
