This is a nice timer that will help extend the life of your bath exhaust fan. People tend to turn on the fan and forget to come back and turn it off once it's no longer needed and this timer stops that from happening. Easy to install and feels built well.

when linked to a battery charger , no worries

you can charge your battery for as little as ten minuets if you like up to an hour . then it shuts itself off no chance of blowing anything up ,. I'm kind of thinking , car but what ever .

I've replaced my other timer switch shortly after I bought it, timer kept stopping. This new timer We love very much, works like a charm. I will be buying this timer again for sure.

Countdown timer counts down

Works well. Slight audible "ticking" when counting down but with a much louder "snap" when it times out. Haven't closely checked it for accuracy but seems close enough. Comes with all necessary connectors and screws plus extra faceplate (polished aluminum) and extra knob (black). The standard white faceplate and knob work well for my purposes.

Count down timer switch failed to work!

I finally installed this count down timer, and it doesn't work. won't count down and shut off. If you wanted to dial back some it snaped to off. I think it is to late to return or have it replaced. It wasn't expensive. but not worth the money

Failed

The timer worked one time after installed. Now I turn the knob and will not stay on. The mechanism is not catching to keep the switch on and activate the mechanical timer. I have to hold the knob at an on position otherwise it will spring to the off position. Also note the knob is not pointing vertically. Check the yellow arrow site for reviews as well.

Seems a bit of lesser quality than a York or intermatic, and a little noisy, but with a little insulation stuffed into wall box, not bad at all. As far as longevity, maybe more suitable for a low use area. I will buy a couple more for that purpose.

Does exactly what it needs to do for a very reasonable cost. No need to spend extra on more expensive models.

Not durable

It lasted less than one year. Now when you turn it, it doesn't tick. (You can still operate the switch manually, but the timer no longer works.)

I bought this timer because everyone in the house was leaving the bathroom fan on. Now with this timer I now not only save time going behind everyone to shut off the bathroom fan, it’s saving me money on my electricity bill. Might not be a lot but but it all adds up! Very easy to install and use!
