Units are NOT white

The description on the unit says it is white... they are definitely grey. All units I received are grey and stand out in a bad way next to other switches.

They make it difficult to wire and the unit I got

Very sensitive device had it wired correctly. Would not work. Had it checked by a professional electrician he told me that the unit was no good. The electronics were not working properly.

The best timer

Controls my bathroom fan well. Set the time you want it to run and push the start button. Lutron is great.

Low Current Fan Timer

I replaced a bathroom fan and it wouldn't turn on with my wall timer. I emailed Lutron and explained the problem. They said my timer wasn't responding because of the low current draw of my new fan and suggested a Lutron replacement. I installed it and it worked just fine. Thanks to the Lutron help desk.

Lutron Countdown Timer for Panasonic Bathroom Fan

We installed a new Panasonic exhaust fan in a bathroom remodel and wanted a countdown timer. The fan is so efficient that the Lutron from the box store does not recognize that it is working. After a bit of research, we found that the Lutron MA-T51MN is the correct timer for this fan upgrade. It has been in use for a couple of weeks now and works flawlessly!

Perfect timer for bathroom fan

This switch is great, and it has a neutral wire that enables it to be used with low amp fans. We have a Panasonic WhisperFit and it works perfectly with it. Theres a rocker that lets you select the length of the timer and then the buttons turn the fan (timer) on or off. Whats nice is the countdown functionality so you can see how much time is left. It also seems to blink with about a minute to go before it turns off.
