[Rewarded Review] Lights for my seedlings

I love these lights! They worked great on my seedlings this past spring, and I look forward to using them again. This is my second fixture. I liked the first one so well, I bought another to give me more space to grow. You can't go wrong with these lights.

Perfect.

The LED light arrived in a timely manner. This is exactly the right size and my starting plants for spring have now sprung in 2 days. its just what they needed. I will be ordering 2 more in the future for next season when i expand my indoor greenhouse.

Pretty much stated in my review.

I like the brightness & how it was a perfect fit for my application. It was mounted to the bottom of a bench with 1 inch more space than the length of the light. Would've been nice if they included a template (for direct mounting) when the suspension chains aren't used.

The spectrum (k value) is too low!

Under this light sprouted onions and turnips became extremely leggy. They acted like they were growing in the dark even with 16 hrs/day on time. This is a reading light. This is not grow light. It did not boost growth. It has been replaced by a light that actually has 5000k spectrum light.

Good size, Lumens & Kelvins

I needed smaller lights for my rack with lumens and Kelvin in correct range. Only think I would prefer chains instead of cables. I used my own.

Good for the low price

This light is fine, and does its job at a low price. But it is nowhere near as bright as my tube grow lights. The fact that it doesn't have a reflective surround exacerbates the problem. I think it is probably just find for houseplants as shown, but I wouldn't personally recommend it for seed starting.

Very nice for the price.

Worked very well for germinating season. Overall great for the price way better than I thought. I would highly recommend the product. Lightweight LEDs great spectrum low cost energy. What more can I say?

awful packaging for shipping

Just received the packages. One of the worst packing jobs I've seen. Two objects in a way too big box with one or two pieces of inflatable packing material--not nearly enough to keep objects from bouncing around. Outer boxes were torn & dented, seams torn and repaired with clear tape that pulled loose and revealed contents of the box. Don't yet know if there is damage or lost parts.

Nice small plant light.

This small plant light worked out great for starting my tomato and pepper seeds. The plants didn’t get scraggly or weak. They formed nice strong stocks. I may buy another to grow more plants for next year.

Does the job needed

The lights worked well and my plants thrived underneath them. Cord was long enough to reach outlet and I was able to position the cord away from my plants. I would say it is kind of difficult to position the lights appropriately over the plants as they grew and the light needed to be moved higher up. I used different clips, zip ties etc to make it work. Kind of frustrating but for the price I would buy again.

Dose the job

I got these lights and hook them up a week ago. I have to say it’s only been a week and everything is growing rapidly. The lights are very bright and do a great job. They do not give off any warmth though, so probably would work better with a heat mat to keep the soil warm.

Super bright, plants LOVE it!

My plants and I are very happy with this light. It's super bright and it triggered mass growth already. All my plants that had very little growth in a shady room is loving it and shows appreciation by thrown new leaves right away. Easy to hang on wire shelving. I didn't use the hangers that came in the box because the lights would have hung too low but I had some small "S" hooks that worked out fabulously.

It is 2 ft. That is not that long in length.

I love my new light. I bought a grow light the same length a few years ago. I never knew how low the outtage was until I used the new one. It is way brighter, eventhough the old says it was broad spectrum. For the first time I am able to start some veggies by seed. I wish I would have bought this 10 years ago. That is how long I have been gardening.

Nice little light for growing seedling tomatoes.

I liked the completeness of the product. It included the light and all the hardware I needed to mount it either directly to a board or hang it from one. The price was reasonable (better than many of the others). This year my seedling tomatoes are much bigger with stronger stalks. So even though they are tall, they are standing up on their own.

Decent for the price!

I bought this light because I was on a budget.... Needless to say.. I was really impressed... I love the light and if you're looking for a good grow light for a good price this is the way to go..after a few short weeks my plants look pretty good and everything seems to be going the way its supposed to! The light is super light weight and easy to set up I didn't have any problems. The hardware it comes with is basic and all you need for the light. I do plan on getting one or two more and linking seems like it's going to be just as easy as plugging the first one in. overall great product and I would definitely recommend and buy agian! Placed light over kitchen sink for my wife's herb garden, the light is brighter that the 60 watt bulb that is there over the kitchen sink. I turn the grow light on when I'm doing the dishes because it is so much brighter. The plants before would have to be replaced every couple of weeks, because there is no direct sun light. Since installing the grow light, plants are growing strong and doing well. Now going to add some African Violet's in
