I will have to return these sinks. The first was damaged, so I didn't even open the second one.

Not a high-quality sink. Chips easily so don't try to straighten out the uneven edges.

After installation, a small area flaked off the white painted surface exposing the metal sink basin. This appears to be a defect in the workmanship. Since I already installed the new drainpipe assembly, I chose not to disassemble to return product and instead bought a paint repair kit. The paint did not match exactly. I guess I'll have to make do. Disappointed

Stuck with it due to fit, Bad Silicone Job

Client has tile and this one fit best. However, I had to saw off all the mounting bolts to make it work.

They did not have any in store so had to have delivered to store. It arrived at the store and I did not get any update that it was in. When I picked up and got home they delivered the wrong sink, it was oval not round. When I brought back they shipped 4 more to the store so went and grabbed another. It was round but full of gunk and dirt and had a big chip in the front. Opened another one and it looked like was in good condition. When I finally installed I noticed there is a small chip in the finish under the overflow hole. Not too noticeable but still pretty bad quality overall after opening 3 different sinks of theirs.

The finish is poor for the price. One of the mounting studs was welded so close to the sink it couldn’t be used. Won’t buy again.

Not worth your time

Cracked within 2 minutes of installing. Not worth your time unless you’re desperate.

Very thin and light. But for the price it looks good.

I was very disappointed with the sink I ordered. After installation, we noticed hairline cracks in the bottom. I went through customer support and the 2nd sink came in in worse condition! I went with another box store..

Cheap junki!

very thin steel and the porcelain is even thinner. If you breath of this thing the coating will crack. I did not get ruff with this sink. I was being very careful but I still cracked the porcelain during installation. I am VERY disappointed. I will never buy Bootz brand hardware again.

I had to have 5 shipments to get 1 half decent sink. Their manufacturing and packaging are poor. One sink I received had been damaged previously, and they painted it and sent it back out. If I wasn't trying to match another sink I had, I never would have bought this sink.

Bought 3 now and both have been damaged. I've had nothing but problems with my orders from home depot. Now I have to make another hour long trip to home depot to return the second damaged sink. I will no longer shop at home depot and will encourage others not to either. What a discrace.

Badly Damaged

The sink arrived well packaged with no damage at all to the packaging, however when i opened the box to install the sink, there was two huge dents behind the faucet holes with enamel missing, there was no way this should have ever passed quality control, the damage was not done during shipping. I had already removed the old sink before i opened this one so now i am left with a huge hole in my bathroom counter top until i can obtain a new sink shipped to me being as these are not avail in store.

Sink was defective. The overflow drain was not attached right, did not line up with the hole in the sink. Be sure to inspect before you leave the store.

Sink works as advertised, after returning/opening several products to find damage.

Great deal for a great price.

If had a small leak in the overflow but that was easily repaired The sink is beautiful
