Poor Delivery

Product looks nice but had to return. Arrived broken in several pieces.. Very poor packaging. Not enough cushioning material from keeping it from moving in an over sized box. I’m reordering hopefully it will arrive unbroken.

Exceeded my Expectations

Certainly not American made quality...

I purchased 2 of these for my master bathroom and they both have the same issue. They do not lay flush on the countertop because the mounting surface is not parallel side to side. One side sits near flush while the opposite side has a considerable gap (1/8). It is quite noticeable even after caulking. My original budget American made sinks were perfectly flat on the countertop all the way around. They don't look bad except for this issue. Another problem is you can only glue the sink to the countertop as there is no provision to use mounting clips which is typically standard.

Good product

Good product and exceptionally well packed. One minor concern was the flatness of the sink at the faucet mounting location. Would not be s problem for individual mounts. The single faucet had a slight gap on one side which the gasket on the faucet appears to have taken care of.

The first sink was damaged and Josh telephoned me before pick up. He cancelled it and I reordered. The new sink arrived the following day. At pick up we checked and the sink was fine. Josh was very helpful and accommodating.

Comparable replacement for Sterling Modesto

Ease of ordering online. Shipping to home was quick ( 2 days ) and product arrived in great condition. Biscuit color almost identical to the Sterling sink it replaced. Can’t differentiate its a replacement in comparing color to other fixtures. We’ll pleased with purchase.

Received it broken... adv of issue day it was delivered in June. Paid for it and still have not received one that isn't broken or a refund!
