The finish is poor for the price. One of the mounting studs was welded so close to the sink it couldn’t be used. Won’t buy again.

I was very disappointed with the sink I ordered. After installation, we noticed hairline cracks in the bottom. I went through customer support and the 2nd sink came in in worse condition! I went with another box store..

Cheap junki!

very thin steel and the porcelain is even thinner. If you breath of this thing the coating will crack. I did not get ruff with this sink. I was being very careful but I still cracked the porcelain during installation. I am VERY disappointed. I will never buy Bootz brand hardware again.

I had to have 5 shipments to get 1 half decent sink. Their manufacturing and packaging are poor. One sink I received had been damaged previously, and they painted it and sent it back out. If I wasn't trying to match another sink I had, I never would have bought this sink.

Bought 3 now and both have been damaged. I've had nothing but problems with my orders from home depot. Now I have to make another hour long trip to home depot to return the second damaged sink. I will no longer shop at home depot and will encourage others not to either. What a discrace.

Badly Damaged

The sink arrived well packaged with no damage at all to the packaging, however when i opened the box to install the sink, there was two huge dents behind the faucet holes with enamel missing, there was no way this should have ever passed quality control, the damage was not done during shipping. I had already removed the old sink before i opened this one so now i am left with a huge hole in my bathroom counter top until i can obtain a new sink shipped to me being as these are not avail in store.

Sink was defective. The overflow drain was not attached right, did not line up with the hole in the sink. Be sure to inspect before you leave the store.

After installing this sink, I am disappointed to find the drain hole is at such a height that the water never totally drains out. Stagnant water standing in the sink is not what I was expecting.

Bought two, opened box at home. Both were cracked AND chipped.

This sink fit perfectly in the counter to replace an old sink. The white color is clean looking. It does not have indentations for a bar of soap which is perfect as we always use bottles of soap. It’s the right depth and it meets our expectations.

Meh - I did not install !!!

I had an existing metal type 19 inch drop in sink in my bathroom that rusted after 40 years. A metal sink has a lower profile than a porcelain sink so I like it. and would have installed it if it had better instructions. There were metal studs with threads attached to the sink with a bag of screws in the box. The instructions were on the outside of the box and very poorly written with dismal tiny illustrations. The manufacturer could have done a much better job with how to really install.

Hold down screws on bottom side of sink is too short to get a good tie down beneath the sink. Porcelain over the sink is too thin and cracks with the slightest pressure. Very cheaply made sink

Fit perfectly. I would have given 5 stars but some paint was chipped off at the top. Since this was the only unit available @HomeDepot, I decided to keep it ( and paint the curved edge)

Body leak out the overflow bellows

Sink has been installed a couple of years and all of a sudden it develops a substantial leak around the rubber/plastic bellows from the overflow to the drain. Not the best concept of design, IMO. Only 1 year warranty. Not happy at all for something one would think should last for decades.

the sink went in with no trouble except after I was finished went out and came back I noticed a chip in the upper left side. 10 minutes later I went to Totowa and picked up another because no Home Depot nearer to me had one. I installed the new sink and all is well. perfectThank youRandall Andersen

The enamel was scratched on the surface of the sink. The enamel was missing down to the metal. I took the sink back and the only other one in stock was an open box. Guess what, the enamel had a bad place on that one also. I ended up spending another 10 dollars and getting a porcelain sink.

I have brought home 2 of these sinks for a bathroom remodel project. First one was bent in the box, returned it. The second one was not bent but when we were installing we had to remove all the silicon from the rim of the drain to get the drain to fit. There was also silicon all over the side to scrap off. After all this time to clean it up a screw was crooked on the base of the sink. My husband bearly pushed on the screw at the bottom of the sink sideways. The top of the sink cracked and started to peel the paint away. I will be returning to Home Depot tomorrow. But will be getting a different brand. These thing are really get what you pay for. Junk

Replacing, not with this model

We have two of these installed in our house and are replacing them. Both have rust around the overflow drain. On the underside of both of them you can tell they leaked and were patched. The one in our main bathroom that gets used the most is chipped in multiple places. Highly suggest you spend $10-$15 more for at least a step up in quality. If you are flipping a house and just need to get a sink in that looks good, go for it. This is obviously what the owners of our house did before they sold it to us.

Simple Installation

I bought this sink after purchasing a Bootz tub last year. The tub is holding up great so I was hoping I would get the same from the sink. I am very happy so far with both of my purchases. The sink's shine looks great and seems easy to keep clean. The sink was very easy to install, which has been an issue with some of my other DIY projects. I would recommend buying this sink.
