Not what I thought they would be.

This set works well and is sturdy. The hand towel rings look nice. My builder was able to shorten the long towel rod to fit the space I have better. The small hook is rather short and does not hold a towel well but does fine as a robe hook.

Received these hardware pieces have not yet installed them. Looking forward to installation and I will forward pictures 

I ordered brown but got black. How do I return for a refund?

Every things was great. Made my own paper template to get the towel rack perfect, that is my only de-tractor.

I am very pleased with this purchase. Strong, quality product and very pretty. It is exactly what I wanted and the price was very reasonable. I looked at similar products for the same price and they were not at all the same quality as this.

Got these to replace the ones in my guest bathroom. Easy to install and great quality.

Disappointing. Cheaply made especially the towel ring and towel bar. The ring and towel bar rod are cheap plastic.
