sturdy bar stool

good bar stool. this stool meets my needs. l needed a stool to meet the height the of my DJ booth. the stool is adjustable and firm on the bottom.

Extremely Misled

I saw comments about maximum weight of 275 pounds not the 300 pounds as shown online. I figured they looked cute so 25 pounds didn't make a difference. I just picked up 2 chairs and put one together. My instruction book shows a maximum weight of 225 pounds!! The average male is give or take 200 pounds. I wouldn't trust my males friends to sit in this chair. I'm under 150 pounds and the chair seems wobbly to me. 1st time ever being disappointed with NFM.

The description on NFM website says max weight is 315#. when I received this item packaging said max weight is 275#. Since my husband if 6'4" 265# I would have never ordered these chairs had I known the true weight limit! I notified NFM of the discrepancy and they did not update website, very disappointed in NFM. Needless to say 3 months later these chairs are falling apart. NFM is not willing to do anything for me.

Returned this. You will get 2chIrs for that one price they are charging. I thought they will send two as per pic in site. But it is only one chair for $100. I got 4 chairs ~200 in Amazon.

The chairs are very attractive, however, I am somewhat concerned that they will not last. In the website description the max weight is stated as 300#, but on the directions it is listed as 275#. My husband is 6'3" and 260# so I was targeting only barstools that said 300 or higher max weight limit. Quite dismayed to find the discrepancy.

We are very pleased with these barstools and happy with the order process, delivery, instruction and quality of the barstool. My only comment is they may be too small for some people. I'm hopeful they will hold up over time.

Horrible product, Poor construction

Horrible product. Problems include: 1.) faux leather offgas (smell) is so bad it had to be moved outside for the home for days, 2.) the lift would not stay in place, it kept lowering to near lowest point when you sit on it thus making it useless, 3.) the base cannot be disassembled after initial assembly so it cannot be put back into the box and returned to the store, 4. the look is very cheesy (offputting), it looks horrible in the home.

Great barstools, very comfy and have good back/arm support! In fact, I work from home from this chair. So it has passed my test of 8 hours of sitting.
