Broke foot bar
Only had the chair for 5 months and the bar you put your feet in had already broke. Now it's very hard to get into the stool if you have it positioned all the way up.

Great chair, easy assembly, very comfortable, like the faux leather, looks great. It would be nice if the foot stand would go all around the chair, my foot sometimes slips off the stand.
