Quality and Life Time is Low

Installed as part of kitchen remodel in 2019. In the past year the handle would drift open as it is loose. Normally this is an easy fix. Not so here. You cannot tighten it or the warranty is void. I was going to replace it so I went ahead and tried to tighten slightly. Sensors stopped working and the faucet would simply go on and off at random. I had to pull the battery to stop this. Moen support send me a new module but that was not the issue -on disassembly - the handle insert that contains the valve cartridge was broken and the wires disconnected from the sensors. Its a non replacement part -the whole unit is junk. I should be able to replace the cartridge but an $817 unit (now discontinued) is useless and I have to find something that closely matches.

Moen has a solid warranty and the Seller Build is great

I have always purchased Moen brand faucet because they work well and the company backs their products with a solid warranty which they consistently back. I can't vouch for this particular faucet because I ordered it in what I thought was brushed chrome given the product photo, but received shiny chrome instead. When I reached out to the Seller, Build, by email, they promptly and courteously responded with a pre-paid shipping label and I will receive a full refund. This is the first time dealing with Build and they provided exemplary customer service.

A couple design flaws but great otherwise

I love the style but the hoses aren’t quite long enough, so they’re very tight. It would be better if they had at least a few more inches each. Especially the pull-down hose. We almost couldn’t attach the cold hose due to the length. I also wish the faucet handle was reversed so down is cold and up is hot. That’s going to take some getting used to and a strict warning to anyone else who tries to turn it on, since I keep my hot water hotter than most.

Stay away from this product

This was a terrible faucet, it is poorly made and the quality of the materials is sub par. It looks nice but thats about it. The screw that holds the handle to to the faucet screws loose all the time, It is very light weight for the quality I would say it is worth $30.00 I would return it if I could find the receipt. Do not waste your money on this crap. By the way I was replacing a Moen faucet so thought I was getting the same quality as the one that was originally in the house for 20 years. This may last a year if I am lucky we paid around $600. I am so not impressed.

love it when it's working

I love it when it's working, it seems to constantly get dropped from the internet. when its working,I love it. it's spotty about preforming correctly. you can tell it to turn on or off and it does, but say to give me 1 cup water and the light won't ever come on. It definitely has it's glitches

Never buy this faucet

I just got this faucet installed today, it wouldn’t stop dripping even after 10 minutes of closing the faucet. I already paid for the plumber to install this faucet, now again I need to pay for replacing this one. It’s not worth the money.

We have the Brantford 7185SRS. The hose at the top of the Quick Connect Adapter is leaking. It is the compression ring. My husband has been unable to stop the leak trying a patch. Can we order just the Quick Connect Adapter?

Beautiful and functions superbly

I loved this faucet so much in my last home that we ordered another for our new home. It's a beautiful color (oil rubbed bronze has a beautiful coppery hue to it) and it functions perfectly.

Disappointed

The water leaks for a few minutes after turning the off and the pull down doesn’t fit tight

very drippy

I would think long before buying this faucet. Excess water after closing the valve can continue to drip for up to 40 seconds. The handle on the right is also very inconvenient to right handed people.
