Poor brushed nickel finish
I have other (older) Moen brushed nickel faucets that I am extremely happy with, but the finish on my new bathroom faucet is disappointing. Water spots are very difficult to clean if not impossible.

Clear Coat finish flakes and discolors over time
We have two of these and other Moen products and they are no trouble. However, this particular sink faucet has a finish that does not seem to last. After a few years the clear coat around the discharge starts to peel back which then allows the metal to corrode/tarnish. I've replaced one under warranty and now I have to ask for the replacement and one other to be replaced as well. Moen has so far been quick enough to replace and installation is easy enough. So its working out OK for me but Moen is probably losing money on the deal.
This item is an exact replacement for a faucet that suffered deterioration damage from Phoenix City way.
Looks great and works great. Very heavy feel. We installed them without the bottom plate for an easy to clean bathroom. Matches the rest of the fixtures we bought for our renovation.

This is a great faucet, I have had this one in the past. Moen has a nice oil rubbed bronze color, and the style is nice.
