We love our new furniture.
We love our new furniture. Nearly everything came preassembled and the few pieces requiring some assembly the instructions were fairly clear and assembly was straight forward. Including a sturdy tool for hex screws was a nice touch.

Good Product but not as comfortable as expected
Solid chairs that arrived fully assembled; these are built to last. We added a cushion for added comfort and would have given them a higher mark if not for the fact that the arms are a bit low; adding the cushion somewhat exacerbated the situation. Also, some of our friend found the chair back (X) design a bit comfortable. Overall, solid product that lacks comfort from our perspective for the reasons mentioned. We ordered some Presidential Rocking chair, and we find the straight slat design much more comfortable. Regardless, will make the best of it and enjoy our new furniture that is build to last.
Excellent Quality! Built to Last!
The quality of chair is excellent. Delivery was smooth and the only requirement when putting the chair together, was adding the cushion. Could not be easier! The arms are lower than most outdoor chairs however, I do appreciate that this allows the chairs to fit under the table. We purchased 6 chairs with armrests and they fit comfortably under / around the table.
