This Classic Iron came through for me!

The Classic Steam Iron is everything it says it would be. I am happy with my purchase and would recommend the purchase. I wish the cord would recoil for storage and purposes; but it is a great product and the weight helps pressing items to look professional!

Blast from the Past!

Outstanding performance and styling. I'm a mid century modern enthusiast, and I've been considering buying a vintage iron for over 10 years. Well, as the saying goes, good things are worth waiting for. This iron offers the exact aesthetic for which I'd been searching with the added benefit of being brand new. It's extremely well made and performs perfectly! Thank you, VCS, for providing unique, high quality items at very good prices. You won't find a better (or more beautiful) iron anywhere.

I had to have this iron because many years ago I had an iron that looked just like this one and it was the best iron I ever owned. This iron is as great as my old iron.

Lightweight iron but has flaws

The iron is easy to turn on, pour distilled in the iron, lightweight to use, but the heated iron pad does not glide smoothly over fabric. Seems like the tip of iron gets “ stuck” in fabric while ironing!! So iron is just ok. I’ll probably keep it as a backup. If I find another one I would return it🤷🏼‍♀️

Works like an iron should!

I am so happy I found this iron. I ordered it because it looked solid. It’s not like the flimsy plastic irons that I’ve bought in the past. It’s heavy so I don’t have to press down so hard and it gets nice and hot. I really enjoy using it!

Keeps its heat!

I just purchased this iron and love it. It doesn’t slide easily as the one I grew up with, however, it keeps its heat, something few irons do these days because I guess they’re afraid you’re going to get burned. It is very heavy, but it really gets those wrinkles out. I’m very happy I purchased it.

Waste of Money

Iron is too heavy. Didn't like the construction and it did not glide easy. Not like grammas iron.

Iron is pretty and a bit smaller than I expected. Haven't been overly excited with the things I have ironed. They don't look fully ironed to me. It could be used error as well, It's just okay.

Nice basic iron, good size to use and not too awkward to use. I wanted a classic simple iron to do the work and not have a lot of fuss with features - this one fits.
