After 12 months of owning this couch..

After having this couch for a year I’d give it 3 stars. It’s a nice size and color but the material does not hold up. The fabric is constantly snagging on people’s clothes which causes it to pill. The cushion loses its shape and we have to move the padding to make it full again. It’s an okay couch. At first when we got it we gave it 10/5 stars but after a year it’s pretty mediocre.

New couch

Love the couch. Firm and comfortable. Would have given 5 stars if the cushions stayed in place. I find that I have to push the seat cushions back in place from time to time. Overall great couch.

This piece is a very good neutral tone that works perfectly as a lounging couch. The fabric is very soft and the cushions are comfortably stiff

Beautiful, comfy, and easy to assemble

Great price. We searched several furniture, stores and furniture fair had exactly what we needed at the best price possible. Other furniture stores didn’t even come close.

Horribly cheap fabric. Don’t buy if you have pets.

When we first bought the couch we loved it. It was so soft and comfortable. Now we hate it because the fabric is awful. This is not a kid/pet friendly fabric. We’ve only had it 6 months and it’s extremely pilled and snags so easy. Pet fur embeds so easily and becomes impossible to remove even though we vacuum the couch every few days. We’ve started the process of filing a claim under the 5yr warranty we purchased, and are hoping to get it replaced with something totally different.

Don't get it if you have dogs

Very comfortable but the material is horrible and not pet friendly what's so ever the fabric is falling apart!!

One section is over 7 feet long and we can not get into the house. Poor design to split so that one section is so long.

Its nice, looks good. Its not soft and squishy, definitely very firm. Hopefully it softens up a bit.

Comfortable but cover material is bad!

The couch is comfortable itself but the cover material is TERRIBLE. it pills worse than most winter sweaters and it's so easy to snag and pull some of the threads where it doesn't go back and there's an obvious imperfection. Especially if you have pets with nails that will be on the couch. We've had the couch for maybe 4 months and i'm already looking for covers. Most of the time i have blankets covering most of the couch and the ottoman.

nice couch!

Was looking to upgrade our old sectional that we bought very cheap when we first moved in. I love the double chaise on this. It’s comfortable and very spacious but still fits nicely in our small living room. The putty color is much nicer in person than the product photos. Very neutral. Would definitely recommend getting the matching ottoman. It’s awesome as well!! Weighs 1000 lbs and is toddler proof. lol This set is definitely good for a young family. If you’re older and looking for more “comfort†.. it may not be for you. But it’s a solid mid level sectional. We bought online without seeing it in person, and I would purchase again.

Overall this couch is great. My only thing is that the ottoman part (the shorter end of the couch) doesn’t stay under the cushion at all. It slides every time I move or get off the couch. When I bought it I didn’t realize that it wasn’t attached to the frame of the couch. Im going to have to purchase some high quality Velcro or something to keep it attached so it stops moving around. Which I truly hope doesn’t void my warranty on it.
