Cascilla Sofa Chaise In Slate

Delivery was a bit delayed but I live in a rural area and expect that. Love my sofa and love that I saved over $300 vs purchasing in a local box store, just had to wait.

Haven’t received the couch yet. I bought the couch 7/31/24 and was told I’d hear from someone by 8/19/24 to arrange delivery. I did not hear from anyone to arrange, so I called JCPenny. Problem is that the delivery company doesn’t work with customer on picking a mutually agreed on date and time for delivery. The delivery company texts the customer the day before telling him/her that they are delivering tomorrow. They don’t even tell you morning or afternoon in that first contact. So, if you are not going to be home any part of the day, you have to decline delivery via text. What a run around! Would be better for delivery company to call the customer from the start and arrange ahead of time a good date and time.

Experience at Furniture Fair

I bought a couch during the Presidential sale, but the sales man refused to honor the Coupon "10% off everthing". I pointed out the sofa I picked was not on sale or clearance. There was just a black price. No asterisk, no nothing. He then told me since the price of the sofa ended in $.99, that meant it was clearance. I lost it and did a horrible review. The store manager called me apologizing profusely and told me he would refund my delivery fee. He did that and more. I am much happier with my experience and glad he did the right thing. I love the couch. Having written a better review for them, the $.99 is still subject to getting them out of coupons.

We love the whole set of furniture. The color is amazing and everything is so comfortable. I like that the chaise lounge is convertible so we can move it from one side to the other and allow it to fit in our space.

LOVE this Sofa Chaise

This sofa chaise is SO comfortable! I love it. I have a cat and the fabric is woven tight and does very minimal damage when he tried to scratch it. It goes great in little apartments. Would def recommend this couch.

This is in a low use area of my house, but so far it has serve us well. It was a good price and is a beautiful couch and very comfortable.

Comfortable couch

The couch is quite firm which was off putting at first. After a week or so the cushions become quite comfortable and not as firm. I like that you can switch the chaise to either side. We have really enjoyed a larger sofa than what we had prior.

This couch is perfect for my needs. It could comfortably fit 2 people for lounging. I love that the ottoman can be moved to switch which side the lounge is on. The seats are a little shallow, but I still like it.

Very nice for price

Very happy with the organized way this company takes orders and notifies you of delivery times. Delivery personnel also very polite. Sofa is great. Firm, but soft. Comfortable fabric. Dark grey should hold up in our family well.
