I bought the 2 pack of 3.2 cup Rubbermaid Brilliance glass storage contains with locking lids and wish I’d tried them sooner. I love glass over plastic hands down, but let’s talk about these locking lids. Yes, they are plastic, but not the cloudy thick plastic with the rubber seals that tend to mold when your spouse forgets to bring them home everyday or leaves them in his truck! These are are clear as glass and lock easily and airtight. I’ll just say it, I’ll never buy another brand! Thank you Rubbermaid !!

I do love these dishes. They are glass, which I love. I'm trying to reduce my plastic use and these are usually good. I don't know if it's the size of the lid or the quality went down, but my lid has already cracked in one spot. I've only used it 3 times. I'm going to contact Rubbermaid and see if they can send me a replacement lid. The smaller containers that I've had for years are just now starting to crack a little, but they've been used alot. I can understand them cracking. The glass part is just as good as my old ones. Just be really easy with the lid.

I’m quite impressed with the Rubbermaid Brilliance food containers. They really lock in the contents and when putting on lid you can hear the air seal tightness. The locking clamps lift up to expose air vents for easy microwaving. Big upgrade to my old plastic stuff.

Rubbermaid Glass Containers Exceed Expectations

Very pleased with my order! The price from Walmart was lower than similar products sold on Amazon. I've tried a variety of glass food container brands. The Rubbermaid Clear Glass containers exceed expectations (I'm trying to minimize my use of plastic). These containers go from refrigerator to microwave with no problem. They are easy to clean... even by hand! The lids tend to work better than on some other glass containers that have rubber seals around the lids. I've observed that rubber seals can become dislodged on other glass container brands (which makes containers fail to close tightly). But Rubbermaid's containers are consistent. They ALWAYS seal tightly. I will definitely order more Rubbermaid Brilliance containers. They have become my 'Go To Brand'. Try them, I promise you will not be disappointed!

First time owing a standup mixer. Hesitant in buying but really pleased that I did. The power is unbelievable, very quick and quite. Takes half the time to mix anything. Very easy switching the different attachments. The unit is heavy so even on the highest speed there's no movement, really sturdy and easy to clean. Definitely looks nice on the counter very impressive professional looking. Would definitely recommend, hoping to purchase additional attachments. Baking at Christmas, mixing hamburgar, making bread will now be effortless!

Well worth the money, excellent tight-sealing lid!

Excellent product. While the price on these is higher, you are actually getting what you pay for. I've tried every (and I do mean EVERY) food storage product in every brand, type, and shape that is out there over the last 35 years, and I am gradually ditching all of my old stuff and switching to these for everything. I love the rectangular shapes available and am happy to donate all of my round glass storage containers. This item also has a great, tight-sealing lid. Over the years I've definitely learned that glass is superior to plastic of any kind. I've had one of these 8-cup glass containers for over a year now and with regular use and regular exposure to the dishwasher, it is still in such great condition I can literally not tell the difference between my year-old item and the one I just bought. I also have a couple of Rubbermaid Brilliance containers in plastic and am also very pleased with them. They are also holding up quite well and do not stain, but I definitely prefer the glass containers, which is why I'm continuing to invest in them. Rubbermaid - as we've also learned from moving over 15 times - makes the highest quality products. Their moving/storage containers are just as exceptional compared to the other brands that are available. We've tried the other brands of those that are out there, and have had possessions damaged as a result. Wisdom does now what it will be happy with later. Invest in these glass food storage containers and you will be happy, I'm certain.
