I like that it has refillable filter. So there's no need to purchase an entirely new filter every 2 months.
BAD LID
It so difficult to put the lid back and there is no way someone can explain it anywhere

Indicator light won't go back to green
We just put a new filter in and we can't get the 'indicator light' to go back to green. That stinks.
Ridiculous
I bought this today. Set it up as instructed. It took 35 minutes to fill the pitcher! How did this ever get marketed?
Works great!
I purchased this about six months ago. Have changed out the filter twice now & have found it to be pretty easy. The light is no longer working not sure why but love this pitcher. Had a problem with the old type & the inability to reduce plastic.
Cracked near handle
Mine started leaking and I noticed a crack near the handle. I can only fill it a little ways up. I did notice however, that the crack which is near the handle started getting moldy. The filter and lid work fine--the container needs replaced but I can't find where I can purchase the container.

Confused, is the filter just a plastic cup? How would it filter any microbes if I push paper through the slits. Idk, this contraption has my brain spinning. Does this random bag filled with (what seems like sand) go into the filter? The direction spend too much time on telling you it’s simple but lack informing you what this random bag is for, am i supposed to know?

Instead of throwing out the pitchers we currently have why not make the filters that fit these pitchers have a replaceable insert filter?
Brittle Pitcher
The 10 cup Pitcher is very BRITTLE. Mine was cracked when I got it home. I can't prove it was cracked before purchase and I can't find anywhere to buy just a replacement pitcher... which I would do.
TAKES TOO LONG TO FILL!
I literally just bought this. Our old Brita broke (the handle came off) and I saw this model in Target and thought it would be great to save plastic waste.

I recently received my brita 10 cup pitcher with filter However I’m having trouble taking the top lid off which holds the filter and allows me access to fill the container. Please advise
