I didn’t order this item, but it was sent to me , and charged for it. Now Walmart wants me to take my valuable time to return it, to get my money, that Walmart stole from me!

Well worth it, better design

This is an upgrade from the last pitcher I was using, same size, but the design is much better. Handle feels better, a button for the refill lid and light for filter life. Its also much easier to take apart for cleaning. I use this just as much as my last one, but I enjoy it more.

The light for the filter has never worked. It was the reason I purchased this model.

Filter Replacement Light Does Not Work

Just bought this from Amazon. The filter light worked the first time I poured it but then stopped. I reset it several times, but it just doesn't seem to work. So now I don't know when to replace the filter.

I needed to buy a new filter and Brita pitcher and did some research. I tried to shop for it on other sites (Amazon, Fred Meyer, Home Depot, Lowes) - Walmart had the best price. And the delivery arrived quickly, in good packaging with no damage.

Leaking

Ever since I take it home, it’s leaking. I cannot from where the water is coming from. The shelf in the fridge is always wet

Dud sensor

After getting the replacement filter at the 6months, the sensor stopped working. Tried the troubleshooting but nothing. Not that the sensor is filtering the water but come on. So now I just use the pitcher to fill my Berkey filter.

Great Brita pitcher! Would highly recommend.

It does not actually filter!

I've been using this filter for almost a year now thinking I was drinking clean water.. what a scam. Yesterday I purchased the water tester, tested tap water and filtered water and guess what - both showed same number of ppm( 272!!). This filter DOES NOT filter! I thought maybe cartridge was getting old (although the indicator was still green) and placed a new cartridge and number is still the same!
