The rug is pretty nice but there is much more gray interwoven throughout it than I wanted for our beach house. I will make it work by getting new pillow covers. It is soft and cushy with the carpet pad. The loops are interesting, and gives a nice texture to the carpet. We will see how they hold up over the years.

I’ve written to try to get my money back due to a defect in the design. A piece of darker thread looks like a spot on the rug. I’ve gotten no response. The only automated options for a return are a partial refund of a quarter of the price or a replacement. Since another one could have the same problem, I just want my money back. Offering a quarter of the price refund and an option to keep the rug does not make any sense. I don’t want a rug with what looks like a spot on it.
