Beautiful, comfortable, but can’t order spare slipcovers

I purchased the Lowell Slipcover Swivel Chair in Denim. It’s a beautiful and comfy chair. The seat sits firm but not too firm. The back is curved and feels slightly reclined - would pair perfectly with an ottoman for a comfortable lounge chair. I haven’t removed the slipcover yet for cleaning but I do appreciate that it is removable for easier spot cleaning. I reached out to ask about ordering an additional slipcover just to have a spare or even change out the chair color seasonally - I was told “additional Lowell slipcovers are not available to order.” I’m disappointed that I can’t order another cover and would ask Shoppe Amber Interiors to consider making this option available.
