Perfect chair for my bedroom

I have looked for over a year for something for my bedroom, a couch would be too big but wanted more than just a chair. I gambled on this and hit the jackpot. I could not get fabric samples, as I checked. But a very neutral beige and fits in well with my other beiges. It is not a super soft which works well for me. I sit on the floor a lot because soft seats usually are not comfortable for my back. This was a perfect choice.

Delivery was exceptional and quick. Guys were in and out in minutes. The chaise I’ve seen in person prior to purchasing, so knew what I was getting. It’s sturdy and lightweight. No rumples in the upholstery. It’s the first piece for a living room makeover, so things are a bit cramped temporarily, but I love it so much I don’t mind!

Really like this chase lounger

I was looking for another chair to add to my family room and this fit the bill with it's size and color. It is really well made and came in a timely manner. I did not get any follow up emails w=once I ordered it about shipping, which I thought was odd. I got a phone call from the shipping company 3 days before it was delivered. (They did a fantastic job) The reason for 4 stars is that it is a bit stiff...hard to sit in for an extended amount of time. I'm hoping this gets better as it gets broken in.

Disappointed

I had such high hopes for this lounger as it looked super comfy in the pictures. First off their shipping service is atrocious. It took 6 weeks to get to my house, not 2-3 as the website indicated it could take. I was already irritated as it would have been quicker and cheaper to order something similar from almost anywhere else. And then it arrived. When I say this is tiny, it is tiny, but what’s worse is it’s hard as a rock, very uncomfortable and not soft at all. I am so disappointed as this was such a waste of both time and money. wish I could get my money back. Save yourself the hassle and don’t buy this.

Hard to review an item

Hard to review an item that I haven’t received because the shipping timeline they give you online when ordering is not accurate and when you tell them you want to cancel your order because you didn’t receive it in expected timeframe they tell you you have to wait 3-5 days to find out if they will allow you to cancel, mind blown by the poor service from such a big name company because it’s a nice chair I had seen while visiting the Silos , unfortunately their online furniture purchasing process needs improvement if they want return customers .

Amazing

I am so excited about my new chaise. So comfortable, well made and perfect in my space! Exactly what I wanted. The fabric is phenomenal and durable. My pups love it too!

I haven’t even received it yet although I ordered it back in February. It’s the end of May. You’ve asked for my review on this piece 3 times now and I don’t even have it yet. I expected better attention to detail and service from magnolia.
