Not a one person installation

Definitely need at least two people for installation. Instructions were cryptic. Some installation hardware and pieces were buried within the fan housing and difficult to locate.

Not a good quality product.

The first one that was delivered was dented and returned. I reordered the same rangehood and the second one did not have any dents, so I had it installed. As it was being installed, I noticed that on the edge (seem) of the rangehood, the stainless steel was worn. I am very disappointed in the quality of this product. The rangehood itself works great and is exactly what I wanted; however, it is brand new but looks like I have had it for years.

I ordered the color black for this range hood. It was perfect for my new 5 burner gas stove which has a black top where the gas burners are located with a stainless steel oven trim door with a black tinted oven window. The lights are very bright. Received the range hood quickly and in perfect condition. The price was lower at Wayfair as compared to other vendors. Very pleased with my purchase from Wayfair.

I can't believe how nice this hood is. Everything about it is so well thought out. It's incredibly quiet and still powerful at the lowest speed. The light is really nice and there's a timer. It looks really sleek and it has a universal off button which is very convenient. Highly recommend.

It was a little more work to install than I thought. But once it was installed, it looked great, worked great, had strong suction, and was quiet. I would order it again.

Poor quality

Quality was lacking, grease collecting screens were very flimsy and warped right out of the box. Returned item.

The fan works fine and has several speeds. The lights in the hood are above average and has three brightness settings.

Broan Range Hood

This is a very good range hood. Love the led lights, and the 3 speed blower fans. However , it could be made easier to install. You have to take the blower housing off to do the electrical hookup and install the unit. Then you have to reinstall the housing after the unit is mounted. That’s not an easy task, trying to work up under the hood , to the back of the counter. Has to be a better way. Other than that, it appears to be a great hood so far.
