Works great - housing larger than old Broan

Quiet - heats and vents nicely. This unit replaced our older Broan that was overheating. The housing for the new unit wasn't exactly the same as the old unit so installation required a bit of carpentry in addition to electrical expertise, but it works great!

No True Night Light

There really isn't a seperate night light like the old design. You now can only dim the LED to be the night light. I had to reconfigure control switches to accommodate.

Product works extremely well in a standard bathroom size for Lighting, fan, and especially heating.

At first I thought the plastic cover didn't look as nice as a metal one, but on the ceiling it looks nice. It's so nice to have fan/light/ and heat all in one instead of 2 or 3 ceiling installations.

A Great Product!

Very attractive exhaust fan/light/heat unit for our bathroom. The perfect size to replace my old Nutone.

This is sleek and very nice looking. The heat will be a plus on cold mornings. I’ll take a picture of my bathroom once the overhaul is finished.

It’s super loud. The heater especially is extra aloud.

Works well - good replacement

Replaced the previous generation model. Works well and is much quitter than the old fan. Metal box had no cable feedthrough on top - only on both sides - so i had to drill feedthrough myself. Otherwise easy install.

My view on it

Compared to other reviews, it almost made me order a different one. But I ended up buying this one and glad I did! Heats the bathroom up nicely and is very well lite. If you know what you’re doing, install shouldn’t take long and it very easy. Heater isn't very noisy and exhaust fan isn’t either. Definitely happy with the purchase.

Exhaust fan is horrible.

The exhaust fan is the worst. All it does is make noise. We are so disappointed. And because we had it installed we can't take it back. Do not purchase this model.

Good except for some trouble with the speed nuts for the two screws that hold the heater assembly to the housing. I had to replace them because they easily strpped when first removing the heater assembly from the housing (which you must do). Other than that all looks good and went well. The unit is louder in heater mode than in vent mode. This could be a good thing, since you can easily hear that the heater is running, It is louder, lower in frequency, and a little rumbly. But not extremely so.

Not a real DIY project. Older models are 20 amp. This unit does not indicate. One knock-out, 3 toggle switch is the way to go. It works but, took a lot of time to install.

Great, but difficult replacement installation process

Great product, however was purchased as a replacement for an older unit, which it is, though different configuration and absolutely need a professional electrician to install (average $200/unit)
