Passend zur Smokerbox musste auch ein Gestell her, um die zu räuchernden Rippchen platzsparend und sicher auf dem Grill positionieren zu können. Wie die Smokerbox ist auch dieses Gestell schwer und solide gearbeitet. Ich mag es, wenn nicht am falschen Ende, sprich Material, gespart wird, und dieser Halter ist wirklich schwer. Da, wo man das Teil hinstellt, bleibt es. Die Rippchen lassen sich gut einstecken und später wieder herausnehmen. Es ist genug Platz zwischen zwei Leitern, damit der Rauch überall hinkommt, wo er hin soll. Ein so unscheinbares Gadget, das mich aber total begeistert!

Very glad that I purchased this for my smoker broil king smoker. It can roughly hold 3 full racks of ribs (cut in half) which is great for entertaining or for simply indulging!

My partner and I recently moved into our first home together and one of my favourite items of his is definitely his Broil King Rib and Roast Rack. The rack makes it easy to coat our ribs evenly with our smokey, special sauce. The rack holds holds seven racks of ribs so our family and guests can all enjoy at the same time. A Broil King favourite!

Bought this to use in my smoker, but have used it in my charcoal kettle and my gas bbq as well. Nice that you can use for ribs and it also can be used for roasts.
