On-line my patio built - in heater reads as if the tungsten heater comes with the frame - it doesn’t. I ended up spending double than what I had planned.

I have purchased 6 of these for 3 different covered patio projects and they are absolutely the best addition! Yes, they are a bit pricey but the quality and performance will win you over in time and enjoyment. Be careful unloading the box as the light filament is pretty fragile and is the first thing you remove from the box. I would buy these again in a heartbeat!!
