Warm and Cozy

I have a Duraflame fireplace stove heater with heat coming from the bottom. It's a good brand, and a good heater. BUT sometimes, I miss backing up to my old fireplace, and feeling the warmth on my legs and back. Not gonna lie, that's the main reason I picked this model with the heat coming from the upper part. And the top does not get hot, so can decorate it.

Stop your research, spend the extra money and go with the name brand on this one. I know this is about $100 more than a number of other electric fireplace options available on Wayfair, but in my opinion totally worth it. I have a large 3-season room (15x18) that I'd like to be able to warm up in the fall, and occasionally over the winter when we entertain. This fireplace comes fully assembled, is super easy to use, and is made entirely of metal and glass. Many of the cheaper options are plastic. Most importantly - it works. Heats my large space right up to temperature, and the temp control setting means it keeps the temp consistent and turns the heating component on and off automatically as needed. The unit itself does not get hot to the touch, so no concern with small children either.

We got the cinnamon color and it’s perfect for a tv room in our house. The stove is small but makes a perfect side table next to a chair by a window. And, the flame is very pretty and realistic looking. Plus, it can be seen on 3 sides which certainly adds to its ambience!

We used this in our basement study room (smaller space). It puts out GREAT heat and does a wonderful job! Definitely recommend!
