NOT sturdy and NO assembly instructions!

I just received this towel rack today, and was quite surprised to not find any assembly instructions included-yes, it is rather intuitive to put together, but written instructions would have been useful. Also, I totally disagree with another reviewer who said this rack was "sturdy"-umm, no. It's not-it wobbles all over the place, even on a hardwood floor. Once you put a towel or two on it, it stabilizes somewhat, but I wouldn't count on it still standing if you accidentally bang into it, say, getting out of the shower. I plan to give it a few days to monitor its durability, before making a decision about returning it. On the plus side, the color looks nice in my bathroom-but honestly, that's the best I can say about this product. Very disappointed!

Attractive and sturdy

My guest bathroom has very little space for towels, so I placed this free standing towel rack in the guest bedroom for guests who spend the night. It is easy to assemble and looks pretty. I’m very happy with this purchase!

Our item had a defect in one of the towel bars. Wayfair was originally going to send a replacement bar but then notified me they were no longer available. Instead I was sent a total replacement of the towel stand. I can't tell you what that means. What a wonderful service you provide to your customers!!

Does the job perfectly

Just as described and arrived very quickly. Didn’t know how much I needed a towel rack in the bathroom till we got this one. Super lightweight silk move it from either side of the tub or out of the way behind the shower wall when company comes.
