Seriously Macys? I was sent the wrong item. And still waitng for my refund. Week 3. This system is a joke. I really cant blame the looting. When Macys themselves take from paying customers. SMH. Will not be ever shopping here.

Very poor quality

I purchased three of these in chrome for my new bathroom. They are super cheap, had discoloration around weld/solder points, and the “chrome” paint rubs off if you attempt to clean them.

Inadequate design & construction

Returned this item. Doesn't fit a bath towel - it's too narrow and short. It's pretty flimsy. Also, the bag the screws were in was rusty as were a couple of the screws. Was this a return?

I was skeptical because this product only had 3 total reviews, but it is just fine and as you would expect from the photos. Many other freestanding towels racks I found online were criticized for being light and prone to tipping over. The vertical bars on this rack are not set at the corners of the base, which seems to make it more stable. It doesn’t fall over when you take of towels so long as you don’t pull the towel horizontally off which you probably should the doing anyways even with a wall towel rack. The screws were more oil rubbed bronze as opposed to matte black to match the rack, so that is the only minor issue.

Save yourself the trouble of a return

Box arrived damaged and half open. The hardware must have fallen out, so now I have to return the item. Pain in the butt!
