The box was really damaged and opened up. I was very lucky that all the screws were there.
Chrome Shelf
Went to pick it up today and I saw that the box was opened every which way and tapped with duct tape. Before I left I asked an associate to open the box to find that half the pieces were missing. The only reason why I'm buying this again is that it matches my bathroom aside from that wouldn't recommend it seems like the manufacturer associates don't really care

Actually better than I'd hoped. Just refurbished our hall bath and wanted a combination towel bar and shelf. I thought I'd chosen the product with solid shelves. These are wire but are just fine. I'm able to balance a tissue box behind the towel bar which I really like. Seems pretty sturdy.
