The unit gets warm, but the towels don’t! I expected a lot more than what this rack does.

I still have the one I bought over 10 years ago. It’s working well with no issue.

I would have liked an automatic shut-off feature or timer, but didn't think about this before I ordered. It is not a fault of the product, which is sturdy, attractive, and as ordered.

We have one of those open showers that do not warm up. Its nice to have a warm towel to wrap up in!

Excellent Stand Alone Towel Warmer

We had a towel warmer for over 15 years which stopped working. My husband and I agreed cold towels weren't working for us so I started looking for a new towel warmer. I saw this one and liked that the stand was flat on the floor rather than stands that were screwed on. We received our towel warmer quickly and got it up and warming. It keeps the towels warm and ready for use. We are very pleased with our purchase and think it was well worth the cost.

towel warmer upgrade

our last two towel warmers had small cast metal legs that were not very stable and it frequently tipped over if you put a few heavy wet towels on it.....eventually the cast metal legs would crack and could not be fixed with replacement parts. This one has a sturdy wide chrome base and is much sturdier and attractive.

Just great!!! Installed easily. warming bars function perfectly. keeps towels warm and does not overheat. I highly recommend this nitem

Like it so far! It is indeed a luxury item but with a large bathroom that is not heated, it is worthwhile! Weaving the towel in between the bars definitely works best. The towel wasn't as warm as I expected but it was warm; and the heat doesn't last long but then I don't really have any basis for comparison. I think it works fine and I am happy with it overall. I researched these online before selecting one and this particular model got the best consumer reviews so I think it was worth spending a little more over some of the cheaper brands. Wayfair shipping got it to me a day early, too :).

Love having a warm dry towel ready when I come out of shower. The best thing about this warmer is you can leave it on all the time. With multiple racks you can dry other things while drying towels
